Over the 8 weeks, we didn’t make any drastic changes. Instead, we focused on fine-tuning Lara’s meal timing and portion sizes to align with her specific goals and training routine. The best part? She had multiple occasions where she ate out, social weekend meals, and.. her very own birthday thrown in the mix!! So, how did she get such insane results? Well, Lara showed incredible consistency throughout the entire journey. I don’t think a single day went by without her uploading a picture to her food journal for accountability within the app, and she was in constant communication throughout with any questions that popped up, and.. just look at these amazing results!
