Ingredients
230g Cottage cheese
2 Tbsp cocoa powder
2 Tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
Pinch of salt
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor
- Process until combined or until you have reached your desired texture, stopping to scrape down the sides as required
- Separate into small jars or espresso cups and sprinkle with salt flakes
- For the best texture, set in the fridge over night or enjoy straight away!
