Choc Mousse

I found this recipe was best divided into 4 small serves. The perfect amount for a little treat/dessert without it being too rich!

Choc Mousse - (Cottage Cheese_High Protein)

Ingredients

  • 230g Cottage cheese 

  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder 

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice

  • Pinch of salt 

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a food processor 
  • Process until combined or until you have reached your desired texture, stopping to scrape down the sides as required
  • Separate into small jars or espresso cups and sprinkle with salt flakes
  • For the best texture, set in the fridge over night or enjoy straight away!
