COME ON THE JOURNEY TO MAKE OUR HIGH PROTEIN PEANUT BUTTER KRISPIE… (swipe 👉👉)

Here’s a sneaky peek into the kinda recipes you can find in the @fika.nutrition Ebooks 🤤 (link in bio)

YOU WILL NEED:

3 cups of soy protein crisps (if you aren’t phased about protein, use Rice Bubbles)
100g protein powder (We used salted caramel)
1 cup natural, runny peanut butter (240g)
1/4 cup (85g) rice malt syrup or honey
2 tbsp coconut oil
Dark chocolate - optional (We used Lindt 85%)

WHAT TO DO:

1. Line a small pan with baking paper.
2. On low heating, melt peanut butter, liquid sweetener and coconut oil
3. In a separate bowl combine rice cereal and protein powder if using
4. Next pour peanut butter mixture into bowl and stir until combined and cereal is coated. Pour into the prepared pan and flatten with spatula.
5. Melt chocolate in a microwave or low heat in a small saucepan.
6. Pour melted chocolate over bars and tilt the pan until evenly spread
7. Place the pan in the fridge for 30 minutes or until the bars are completely set.
8. Cut into squares and enjoy!

COTTAGE CHEESE 👀 is officially having its moment in the spotlight, and it’s easy to see why!

Not only is it packed with protein, but it’s also super versatile and delicious. 😍☝️

Check out this scrumptious Cottage Cheese Pancakes recipe that our clients can’t get enough of!

Perfect for breakfast or a snack, these pancakes are fluffy, satisfying, and filling!

🍌🥞🍌🥞🍌🥞🍌🥞🍌🥞

YOU WILL NEED:
• 200g Natural Cottage Cheese
• 2 Eggs
• 55g Oats
• Pinch of salt
• Splash of water
• 100g Sliced banana

WHAT TO DO:
1. Blitz everything in a food processor or blender.
2. Heat a non-stick fry pan to a medium heat.
3. Optional: spray two sprays of olive oil spray to the pan to cook each pancake.
4. Add mixture to the pan, allowing to cook until bubbles form on top.
5. Flip and cook for a further 2-3 mins.
6. Top with banana and drizzle with honey.

Serves 2 (3 pancakes or 6 pikelets each)
