Terms and conditions


  1. We, Fika Nutrition offer a nutrition coaching service as per content on Fika Nutrition’s website.

  2. Programs can be purchased by contacting zoe@fikanutrition.com

  3. We recommend clients have a medical check-up prior to starting their nutrition program.
  4. By accepting the terms and conditions below you understand it is your responsibility whether or not you choose to have this check-up and that any health issues or mental illnesses prior or throughout your program must be shared with Fika Nutrition.
  5. You understand that the team at Fika Nutrition are not medical physicians, they consult and recommend nutrition services only. For medical advice you know to seek your doctor for further assessment and share these results with your nutritionist.


  1.     Payments will begin at your designated start date, defined as the date of     first coaching communication from your Coach.

  2.     A two week upfront payment is required to begin any program.
  3.     All programs are managed and billed directly by us at Fika Nutrition via Quickbooks bookkeeping.

  4. Membership to Fika Nutrition for your program length is an ongoing agreement.

  5. If any membership fees billed to your account are not processed for any reason outside the invoice due date, we may suspend your program until payment is made.

  6. Under extenuating circumstances, repeated failed payments will be referred to third party collections.

Minimum Term

  1. There is a minimum membership term of four weeks, applicable to all programs, excluding the three week kickstarter at Fika Nutrition.

Cancellation & Membership Holds

  1. We do not pause programs at Fika Nutrition.

    All sales are final. Refunds will not be processed if the service is not being used or a change of mind. 

  2. Failure to pay for the programs minimum term will result in debt collection agency recovery which will include additional fees and legal action.
  3. In the event you are to terminate your program length early, a two week cancellation fee will be applied which must be paid, along with any outstanding invoices.

  4. We do not offer refunds or credits for unused membership periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law to do so.

  5. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact our admin team.
