We, Fika Nutrition offer a membership service to coaching as per content on Fika Nutrition’s website. Membership can be purchased online, or by contacting zoe@fikanutrition.com All programs are managed and billed directly by us at Fika Nutrition via Quickbooks bookkeeping or stripe. All programs have an 8 week minimum commitment.


Payments will begin at your designated start date,  the date you purchase your program via our website www.fikanutrition.com.  Membership to Fika Nutrition for your program length is an ongoing agreement. We will assume your payment method is correct and will continue to bill fees and charges relating to your membership through your nominated payment method. If any membership fees billed to your account are not processed for any reason outside the invoice due date, we will suspend your membership  app access until payment is made.  Under extenuating circumstances, repeated failed payments will be referred to third party collections.

Minimum Term

All programs have an 8 week minimum commitment. In the event you are to terminate your program length after 8 week, a one week cancellation fee will be applied which must be paid, along with any outstanding invoices.

Cancellation & Membership Holds

We do not pause programs at Fika Nutrition We do not offer refunds or credits for unused membership periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law to do so. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact our admin team.

Governing Law

“Billing terms” means these billing terms and conditions outlined herein, including any additions or variations of these Fika Nutrition billing terms made by us.  “Products” means any item, services, program memberships, ebooks, online content, and other similar content sold by us to a customer or subscriber. “Terms of service” refers to and includes Our Privacy Policy, Returns Policy and Disclaimers.
