Hi, I’m Zoe, founder of Fika Nutrition.
Fika started from my own messy, complicated journey with food. For years, I bounced between diets, obsessed over the scale, overtrained, and under-fuelled, and constantly consumed with wondering why my body wasn’t reflecting all the effort I was putting in at the gym.
That’s why I created Fika Nutrition. In Swedish, “fika” is all about taking a pause, slowing down, and enjoying a coffee and bite to eat with friends. To me, that represents exactly how nutrition should feel, something that supports your health, but also your life, your joy, and your relationships.
Instead of feeling healthy and confident, I often felt exhausted, frustrated, and stuck in a cycle of extremes.
It wasn’t until I slowed down and started asking better questions (And got qualified ofcourse) that things began to change. I learned that nutrition is about so much more than numbers or quick fixes. It’s about building a sustainable relationship with food, finding balance, and fuelling your body in a way that makes sense for your lifestyle.

Hi, I’m Steph!
I’m a degree-qualified Clinical and Sports Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition) and a Certificate in Applied Sports Nutrition.
I’m passionate about helping people feel their best from the inside out, with a focus on skin health, gut health, and lifestyle nutrition. These areas are really close to my heart because I’ve walked in those shoes myself. I’ve been through my own journey dealing with hormone imbalances, skin struggles, and gut health issues, so I know firsthand how much these challenges can consume your energy, confidence, and day-to-day life. I truly understand the difference the right nutrition and support can make,not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
I’m also a huge foodie and absolutely love creating meals that are both nourishing and delicious. My approach to nutrition is all about balance, yes to nutrient-dense, wholesome meals, but also yes to dinners out and the occasional glass of wine. I want nutrition to be practical, enjoyable, and sustainable, so it works for your life, not against it.

I was the girl, trying every diet under the sun, you name it, I have done it. I was the girl, overtraining, under fueling, & wondering why my body wasn’t reflecting my hard work at the gym. & although I’m proud of myself and love who I am now, the physical transformation is the least important part of my journey.
You’re probably thinking “sure, easy to say that when you’ve reached your goals.” And the answer is, yeah – I guess you’re right! Most people start this journey with a goal of looking a certain way… I sure did!
But you realize at some point how much more important it is to develop a healthy relationship with food, to be strong and physically able, to believe in yourself, to develop discipline, and to enjoy the process.
