Ingredients

  • 1 Nectarine, de-cored & halved

  • 25g Rolled oats

  • 10g Unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 Tsp cinnamon (ground)

  • 1/2 Tsp honey (10g)

  • Splash of milk, whatever variation you fancy!

Directions

  • To each of your nectarine slices, slice off a thin piece from the edge so that each half can sit flat in your airfryer cut side facing up
  • Combine oats, butter, cinnamon and milk in a bowl
  • Top each nectarine half with a little of the oat mix, gently pressing down to fill the hole.
  • Then top the place the remainder of the oat mix on top
  • Drizzle each half with honey
  • Place in your airfryer and cook at 180 degrees for 15 mins, checking them at 10 mins
  • Allow to cool for 1-2 mins then serve with your chosen yogurt/ice cream
