Chocolate Espresso Smoothie

Ingredients
2 Serves (70g) chocolate protein powder
1 Small frozen banana (80g unfrozen weight)
6 Small florets frozen cauliflower (approx. 120g unfrozen weight)
2 Shots of coffee (personal preference!)
200ml Almond milk
15g Maple Syrup
Directions
- Make your espresso shot or shot first (depending how strong you want it to be) so they have time to cool OR once made place an ice cube in the cup to cool.
- Place all smoothie ingredients into your blender, adding your coffee last.
- Blend to combine.
- *Frozen zucchini in place of the cauliflower works just as good!
Notes
- Freeze banana & cauliflower in an airtight container at least 24hrs ahead. BSC Whey Protein - Chocolate used for protein.
